Depends on the application...

Street wise, at the point and time, no... Theres plenty of other swaps, that can net you same amount of HP, and would be cheaper and much easier to install, and be more reliable for street use...

For a strictly drag car, well, I guess its the same as above... But that dosnt stop people from doing it... Id say do it, if u have the cash and this is the intended app... Now that the K is out, and its Honda new 'go-to' engine, the aftermarket support on all the other engines will start to dwindle out eventually...

rather because they ARE the new b-series

we are old guys, admit it, we are as helpless as our fathers who pound down on us "rice burners"

rofl i find this situation very amusing

:edit:

the k isnt the right swap for a crx.

if you are looking for power go with a b18 or b16 turbo

i personally havent seen many b16 turbo's and think it would be a nice project

This whole "New B-series" thing is a load of crap. The B-series will always be a better choice for older Hondas. Sure, the K is a great engine, but an EF just plain doesn't need it.

if you want a K-Series motor, buy an RSX or new Si. If you're going to have a brand new motor, you might as well have the rest of the car to go with it.
