Default Car drives really Sluggish when I hit the gas

Well, I got my car back from the shop. It drove alright for about a week and then all of a sudden, my car wont drive normal. It is really sluggish when I hit the gas. Like it doesn't sound the same either. If you barely push on the gas it might drive ok but It would about an hour to get up to 30 MPH. What could be the problem?

Spark Plugs, or Fuel Injectors. Try running fuel system cleaner, but if that doesn't work I think it is the spark plugs or you need new injectors

Default Rotor and cap...

Does the rotor cap (distributor cap) still have movable parts? Isn't the rotor and cap just proved timed voltage to the spark plug? I could see them going bad to often. Is there a way to test the cap and rotor?

Well, I just changed out the plug wires (the crappy ones) with some 8.5mm Magstar racing wires, and some NGK plugs and she works fine now.
