The exhaust and the headers would maybe be the only things that will give you a noticable difference. Screw everything else and get some cams

Also cold air intake will make a difference if you buy a quality one

Not really....Intakes are intakes. Expect 1-2 hp from both a $30 ebay one and a $200 AEM V2.

Well what about a new intake manifold or throttle body? what can you guys tell me about those? Go or no go?

You probably won't gain much. You will lose more low end power than anything else, so I don't recommend it. If you had I/H/E and some other mods, I would recommend it since you will get more out of it, but with a stock motor, it won't do much at all.

ifu gettig all them..mind as well get the MSD n timing box for it.. u can get more flame off them.. for the injector

the only way to go 2 get serious results is turbo, but of course u can't do that on a stock si, unless u make a home-made one,
