4. You could use your DX tranny, but the taller gearing wouldn't be much fun. I have an Si tranny is decent shape for sale, second gear goes in a little hard when you try to shift it fast, but other than that it is in good shape, no grinds. Worst comes to worse you could just put the final drive out of mine in your tranny.
5. I am pretty sure that comes with everything to go MPFI, might need to get the resistor box and run some wires, I am not sure though.
6. It'll work fine but it's going to end up costing closer to $3000 to get it in there. You need the mounts, shift linkage, LSD (recommended), hasport sub harness for your DX, you really should get a cat back because the stock exhaust is very restrictive for the B16a, and a header is a good idea, and other little shit you're going to end up needing when you get the motor. IMO it's worth it.
7. More aftermarket stuff, more power, VTEC is pretty fun, better all around engine. It's worth it.

Thanks again for the help. I've decided after doing some reading that I'm going with the Blacktop ZC. Now that said I'll need the following correct?
The 30020 and accessories it comes with
A wiring harness adapter for the MPFI and my harness
A tranny, (how much for your shipped to 75554?)
Is that it? Will my axles hold up or do I need new ones?

I think your axles will be fine. I am not 100% sure thought. The HMO guys are great for answering questions. Shipping will be roughly $50. I'll let go of the transmission for whatever you think is fair.
