Not to sway traffic from here...but there's another forum that I go to and they have had tons of discussions involving the h22 in a crx. If you want to know where it is, shoot me a pm or email me. I"ll let you know where to look. whiterice@thezcresource.com

so the main thing for the swap is the suspension and maybe a lill banging and shaving.

what will be the best tranny for it ,or will it have 2 have the h22a tranny also. i am thinking so since it is such a big block

An F-series tranny would bolt up as well, but the H22 tranny will be better geared for the power curve. I really think you're under estimating the difficulty of this, but that's all I'll say since you're dead set on this.

An H or F series is not a swap I'd classify as a one-day affair, but hey, keep us updated man.

I'm gonna have to agree with harry, a b20vtec would make just as much if not more power when built right. For the amount of touble it would take to swap in an H or F series, you could just as easily turbo a straight LS or B20 and be faster.....Then again i'm baised.
