Default what DOHC fits in an 86 CRX 1st gen????

what DOHC fits in an 86 CRX 1st gen???? looking for a direct bolt in without to much work.... i.e. cutting hacking slicing any body or frame parts.....

the work will be in wiring conversions. now days with the mounts available youre not gonna cut on this car unless youre stupid and drop an H22 in it. I would drop a b-series. here is a link of some mounts for this swap http://hasport.com/Tech/Installs/AFB1.htm

b16, or the ZC motor would probally be best

yes ZC is definitely a fine motor as well.

The browntop ZC would be the most practical choice.

To get a B-series in there, budget $3k and be prepared to spend more.
