Default Turbo or Mini Me Swap???

I already bought a greddy turbo kit as you probabally know already, but I want to know if I should sell my turbo to get a mini me swap or just keep the turbo and turbo my car. How much of a difference will a mini me swap make? will it even come close to a turbo?

I question if you have any clue as to what you are doing and why you would even pose this question.No contest,turbo would yield higher hp.With a mini me all you are doing it mating a vtec head to a non vtec bottom end.SO for example a d16y8 head(96-00 Civic Ex,vtec) to a d16a6 bottom end(88-91 Civic/Crx Si,non vtec).But with a turbo you are looking at more maintanence/one more thing to go wrong on the car.
With a mini me swap you are looking at a about 130hp @ the crank.A turbo obvisously will put you above that depending on type and how many psi's you run it at.

Boost & VTEC > Boost > VTEC

Just turbo it. Way more fun and power than a mini me conversion.

I already have the turbo, the problem is that it cost a lot of money to install compared to if I sold it and did a mini me swap.

A "Mini-me" won't compair to a turbo.

That said, I have a spare Y8 head if you need one.

I am doing one or the other, if the mini me swap wont do much then I just stick to turbo

It won't do much and you don't have the parts. You have the turbo, which will give you way more power, so I am failing to see the dilemma here.

Is it actually stamped d16a6?
I didn't think that there was a JDM d16a6,wouldn't that make it a USDM motor?
Aren't the d16's here the stamped Zc over there??
What i am saying is there is no JDM motor stamped d16,they are Zc's?
The only true JDM stamped d motor is the d15b,correct?
