Just throwing parts at your car isnt very smart. Do some tests on it or have it taken to someone who knows what their doing. Are you still running stock injectors?? How big of a FP did you install??

Simply telling us the engine is a great help.
Step one: check the VTEC system for proper activation. Certain problems will make the computer disable VTEC function, making the car pretty much behave as if it has a B18A/B.

so far, this is what I've done to try fix the problem, change out the fuel pump, cleaned the stock fuel injectors, since it hasn't been changed yet ever since I bought the car, pcv valve, checked the timing and advanced it since it was off a little, and changed the oil and oil filter to mobile 1, added msd blaster coil, msd distributor cap, msd 8.5mm spark plug wires, and the power came back in 1st and 2nd gear after all that was done, but not all of it seems to have returned, and before the driver side motor mount was bad, so that was replaced as well. The problem occured after running someone, without the ignition and fuel pump mods and motor mount replacement. I hope that clears things up a little bit, the valves are ticking quite a bit, so I was thinking of getting a valve lash adjustment as well.
