Considering how much heavier the B-series already is over the stock D15A3, and it's going into a sub-1800lb chassis, yes. It is.

An '87 is a third generation car. It has torsion bars in the front, not springs. You'd have to swap in heavier torsion bars from OPM motorsports.

A B-series engine barely fits into an EC, a H22A is going to take some cutting... getting axles that narrow is going to be hell.

An EC can do that with a B-series.

Because I don't currently own a Honda? Because the OG's don't like me? Because I'm a "big fat meanie-head?" Perhaps I've never been nominated? :dunno:

i've seen a h22 in a 91 civic the lower front crossmember had to be replaced ,frame cut beat back on both drivers and pass side, mounts welded in , had the clutch master cylinder had to be installed inside of the car ..

But price wise the h22a is cheaper then a b18, and you can drop a h22a in and do 12's
