A crx with a properly tuned (as in stock, in good condition) b16 in it will be faster than an h22a prelude. If you're a numbers guy, the prelude has a power weight ratio of 14.5 to 1. A crx with a b16 is 13 to 1. This is assuming the prelude weighs 2900 pounds and the crx 2100 pounds.
