Carbon Fiber Hoods
I was wondering if I should buy a carbon fiber hood or not. Does that much weight make a difference? will it make my car look like crap?
Here are some ones i like and my car

i think your car looks really great. beautiful paint job... personally, i'll be putting a carbon fiber on my hatch, i think they look good... and out of those three, the last one strikes my fancy

Carbon fibre is cute and all, but it's seriously expensive. The average driver will never see a difference in the twenty or so pounds anyway.
Engines are designed to run at a standard operating temperature around 180-190*F, anything less will cause increased engine wear. If your cooling system works as-is, there isn't much point on a regularly driven car (with no side, "V," or top mounted intercooler, at least.)
