Bottom line is you are probably maxed out with what you have without going FI or looking at the internals.
If you really like that motor, I would try a mini-me swap.

OBX is quality, there provide a liftetime warrenty and APC sucks, also it never hurts to go a little faster

If you are serious about the d series which is my favorite honda motor. People have gotten tons of power out of these, check out exospeed cams. Couple of people have been experimenting with individual throttle bodies fabbed from a CBR. Also check out some 1st gen teg pistons.

:bs: Not to be the bearer of bad news but aint no way in hell your keeping up with a type-r with that d-series. let alone beating a gsr. I'm calling BS on that statement. Even though your car is real light its not happening....I love d16 motors to death and i plan on keeping mine for a while but i also no that they are SLOW without turbo.....

Bisi ezidhera (sp) runs 10's in a NA dseries crx. Of course it is built to the hilt but it can be done. Wouldnt be very streetable either. Lets see GSRs run what high 15s in the 1/4. I have had a run of 15.8 in the 1/4 with I/H/E on a d16a6 in my 91 crx SI. Type R would kill me though but my car isnt built either. It could be done but not without a nice build and programmable Engine managment.
