First off i didn't read all of the post but here are some suggestion of mine. And a few question
1. intake manifold with a hondata(or copycat) gasket
2. a programable ecu(hondata comes to mind)
3. have you thought about head work port&polish
4. what engine do you have
5. what size are your fuel injectors (if they are making you run rich they are slowing you down)
6. do you even know what that power chip did to your ecu
7. which cam is it
once you figure out some of those things you can make alot more power. i really would suggest a different engine managment because that chip is not doing much for you unless it is tuned for your engine. Also once you know what the ecu is doing, you can do more things like advance your timing. If you want to stay n/a you can always shave the head to increase compression ratio without buying pistions.
Going faster doesn't always need more horsepower. Have you thought about making your car lighter. Unsprung and rotational mass is more important then body mass. Also which tranny do you have, your missing out on better gearing there. Rims can also affect gearing and weight what size are they smaller rims will give you a faster overall gearing along with saving weight.
that all i can think of right know i sure i will post more later

If he does, I don't see how he is driving on the street.
