I have a ported out intake manifold with racing injectors on it with a slightly wider fuel rail, I have a high flow cat, and a short shifter, The Injen Cold Air intkae if anything seems like it has made the biggest difference so I don't want to change it but I will look into the ram air extension

The stock Honda fuel rail can support up to ~400 HP. Instead of asking youself "whats next/what havent i bought yet", you should ask yourself "what parts will best compliments my current engine package". Building a performance engine isnt all about whats next and whats on sale, its about combining the correct parts to achive your goals.

VAFC and some profesional tuning will you help you extract what power is potentially still in those bolt ons you have. A friend of mine with the basic I/H/E netted an extra 12 horses with just a vafc and some tuning. Besides, thats why you got the adj. cam gears anyway.

Skunk2 intake manifold & hondata intake mani gasket is good for a few horses.

valve springs and retainers, solid engine mounts for better power transfer, a traction bar, clutch and flywheel, weight reduction, again a better intake manifold and bigger throttle body, hondata, 3 dyno sessions...
