You have NOT done your research. If you did you would know that your motor is about 130 hp at the crank.General rule of thumb is Deduct 15-20% drivetrain loss and that is about your actual whp.So there is NO WAY your car is around 165 hp.You have NO WAY of knowing how much HP your car is putting down at the wheels unless you dyno it.Dyno it and prove to me that your car is 165hp @ the wheels! You shoudl just stop posting ,you sound likea bigger ass each time.
So yes,he is thinking like a RICER!

How much are you paying for it?

I would save your money and piece together a quality kit. You don't want to blow up your motor but you will jump on a cheap turbo kit. If you want to do it right and not kick yourself in the ass later when it craps out on you, buy a quality kit or piece one together after buying a good turbo, manifold, and downpipe.

I posted in your new thread....

I would have to disagree with the Turbo XS kit being one of the best out there. When I think of the best out there, Edelbrock, Drag, Rev-hard, and Greddy come to mind. They have their faults but if you really were serious about it, you wouldn't need a kit to begin with.

I hope that kit comes with some sort of fuel/engine managment for fueling under boost. For $1200, it sounds like something I would run from as fast as I could.

You get what you pay for, though. And with a turbo kit, I wouldn't go cheap. If you don't want to blow up your motor, invest in a quality kit or build one like I said and a good fuel and engine management system.
