Default Injector help?

ok i bought a b16a R&D dyno head with .450 crower cams the head is port and polished and all that good stuff (dual springs, nice retainers blah blah) and i want to do it right. the engine is a b16a what size injectors should i get. i have been doing some research and it looks like 360. but what kind there is this talk about Peak and Hold (low Resistance) or Saturated (high resisttance) can someone post a little info on these and tell me alittle more about them?

If you plan on turbocharging it go with saturated and if your going all motor go peak & hold. As for peak & hold all motor on average, use the 320's and if your turbocharging i say go with 420's and up.

The stock 240cc injectors are fine. Get a V-AFC to manage them along with some tuning time on a dyno.

Match the injectors (low of high imp) to those already in your car. There is no real advantage to either.
