Default Tensioner adjustment

I'm returning my crx to stock to sell it, and I've got a old-school non-vtec mini-me swap put in it (it will pass smog and it's all I had sitting around ). Thing is, the T-Belt is a tooth longer than it needs to be. I know I'm supposed to be able to adjust the tensioner to get around this, but I'm not sure how.
Anybody know?

I figured it out. Turns out the sound was the T-belt.
