clutch pedal stuck down?

You might want to check under the carpet where the actual pedal hit the floor. One of my customers had the same problem and it turned out to be he made a little groove in the floor pan and the carpet just made it worse. So everytime at the track or something the whole pedal would stick to the floor. I had to pull back the carpet and weld a little piece of metal where the pedal meets the floor. After that problem was solved.
