Default d16z6 into 88-91

just need a little list of mods necessary to put a d16z6 out of a 93 si into a 88-91. I am more into the b series thing, but i got this d16z6 swap for free and i am trying to find a 88-91 4 door to put it in for a commuter. any help is appreciated.

www.hondaswap.com

depending on what model 4 door you get, you may have wiring issues. also, the z6 uses a hydro tranny, so you will need a cable one. theres a number of other things you need but im tired lol.

i kinda browsed hondaswap before and didn't see much on this exact swap since it's not like b series or anything. i have an idea of what is needed, but i'm just wondering if someone has first hand experience or knows exactly what would be needed.

Who cares about the hydro tranny just use the cable tranny that comes with the car it will bolt right up. A Si or Ex would be better though.

i dont think thats entirely true. i thought HF and Si were both equally difficult, and dx is the worst due to its DPFI.

Well lets see DX has the wiring hurdle and crappy tranny, Hf has a crappy tranny and all you need to activate vtec, the Si has a nice tranny and you need to activate vtec.
