1) Drivers side, behind plastic cover on left side by your feet
2) LS what, Accord? NO

Grab a Helm's manual and get familiar with your car.

*edit 1) h: sorry, passengers side under carpet by feet. I was thinking 'main relay'. Refresher course time...

1. under the carpet where your passenger puts their feet under the dash
2. ?? (with a 96 LS engine, sensors, and modifed wiring harness; ECUs are designed for specific engines and sensors)

No, unless the entire car is converted to OBD-II and you swapped in a B18B.

Rule of thumb, ONLY use the ECU that is specifically for your engine.

heh.. sorry for the dumb question. I've just heard about alot of people putting integra ecu's into honda's cause of the higher rev limit. Anyways, it was an integra ECU and it didn't work. Lesson learned.
