cc's = cubic centimeters, how big your engine is, 1600cc = 1.6 liters

and technically your car would be CDM - Canadian Domestic Market

if you want cubic inches,
1 cc = 1 cubic centimeter
1 litre = 10cm x 10cm x 10cm = 1000 cc
(gee, I wonder how many cubic inches in a gallon?)
2.54 centimeters = 1 inch
2.54^3 = 16.3871 cc per cubic inch

so, 1600 cc divided by 16.3871 cc per cubic inch = 97.6380 cubic inches

Take Care,
ChrisS

If you're car is a DX, it's a "1500cc" model. Where you found it to say 1600, I have no idea.

Made in Canada = US market car, or a Canadian car that hopped the border with the move of the owner. A Honda dealer can look up the VIN and most likely tell you where it was originally sold.

It was originally sold in Canada....The owner had moved here from there and sold it to a well known car dealership here in Memphis and I bought it for two grand. It says 1600cc underneath my hood and I have the whole vehicle history report from the time it was purchased till I bought last year...So why would my hood say 1600cc for my motor if its not...All of the other specs on that hood sticker matches everything else on my engine except for the 1600cc....from everyone is telling me my car is a DX cause of my Dual Point so therefore making my car a 1.5l instead of a 1.6l regardless of what my hood sticker has to say....

Sorry if I have frustrated any of you and THANK YOU by the way!!!

Look at the block stamp. It should say D15B2, which is a 1.5L (1500cc)

It could be an Si hood, replaced for some reason, or a swapped sticker.

My CRX and all the EF civics between me and my buddy (that's 4 cars) are manufactured in canada.
Maybe CA-spec cars are all made in a a special factory? I wonder if non-CA cars are all made in the US of A, and just the CA-spec cars get their own Canadian factory for cost reasons. At any rate, the canadian-made cars are still USDM.

I'm lost as to what your point is?

Who asked for Cubic Inches anyways?
