Actuallt the funny thing about that pic is the fact that the horse power is way low for that camaro since the one in the pic, assuming it is a z28 , has more like 275hp stock and some of the respons here. I can tell having been on many a Road Course that a well driven camro will walk a well drivin honda a road course in the corners and on the straits, with all the rubber you can tuck under a Camaro they handle quite well and some times there really is no replacement for displacement.

that's the problem...a heavy muscle car can out handle smaller lighter cars b/c its tires are so much wider...a v8 rwd muscle car's 8-9" track versus the typical 6-7" on most fwd import's track gives you an incredible advantage in traction - traction = speed...tires have the most recognizable effect on handling than any other item...only when you force people to compare handling using spec tires and sizes can you really do an actual comparison to handling
