Default My RPM goes wild on park & neutral.

for some reason it jumps to 2000 rpm & stays there & sometimes it go up & down accelerates & deccelerates on its own but its normal at drive or reverse. any reasons why?

i believe it's to keep the engine temperature at a desired level, but don't quote me on that..man it's late, i hate insomnia

DRfrank is right, but thats only to get the car to operating temp. when you first crank it. If its doing it at operating temp you might wanna check the trottle cable.

It Hits About 1300 When You Stop And 2000 When U Park Right?

sounds like a bad iacv or possible vacuum leak

check your coolant level. it may be low.

sounds like your computer is searching. try resetting your idle to spec.
