Look for 88-91 Civic/CRX. Most yards can tell you what will fit.

What do you have, DX, HF, Si? There is a difference. If I'm not mistaken the DX and HF climate controls are manipulated by mostly manual levers. The Si has an electronic climate control(except for the hot-cold adjustment).

I've looked around for one for my Si and they're hard to come by. They are notorious for cracking and breaking on the faceplate. I finally took mine out and epoxied the heck out of it(as clean as I could get it obvioulsy). I've seen some on ebay but they turn into bidding wars; over $80 oftentimes.

The '88-'91 CRX controls are '88-'91 CRX only. Civic ones won't work. I think they are the same for all models just different for AC and non AC cars. If you don't have AC you can use the AC one, you will just have an extra button. Hook it up to the purge valve on your nitrous system, LOL. Check eBay and expect to pay $100 for one. I got mine for $50 because the pic sucked and nobody bid on it. It was MINT. I have a '91 and the one I got came from a '90, but I believe they are all the same '88-'91.
