bypass clutch relay on swap
i have everything on the ecu swapped to the multipoint, and my manual tranny in, i cant get the car to crank over, how do u bypass the clutch relay or hook up the black wire on the clutch relay, oh and where do u run the 2 extra wires on the extra vacuum line thats on the firewall, (blue and black w/yellow stripe)

The clutch relay is wired to a switch mounted on the pedal lever. This happens to be a ground connection. Easiest would be to jumper the switch itself - BUT - be very careful as you are defeating a safety system. The other connections are in the shop manual.

Don't worry about bypassing the clutch switch, the 3G Civics never even had one. I never had a problem, then again I always left my car parked in neutral.
It really weirded me out today though, because my RX started without pushing in the cluch... and it does have a switch to prevent that. :eek4:
Old habits die hard, I guess.
