Default 89 hf tranny to 90-91 si tranny. need some help please
i am trying to get rid of my piece of junk hf tranny but i need to know if the splines are the same on the 90-91 si tranny. will my axles fit? i hear some are 23 spline and some are 26. any help would be great!

Here's what I know off the back of my head:

DX/SI Axles use the 26 Spline Count
HF/STD Axles use the 23 Spline Count

Jon- if you are trying to use an si tranny with the HF you will HAVE to replace the spindles. The new axels wont fit.
