Default suspension

Ok just got my 3rd crex
I have stripped it and am dropping the B16 in. I want to know if any of you have suggestions for SUSPENSION. I like road racing style, so obviously I want cornering and stability. Here are my mods Ive purchased (some should pertain to my question some are for fun if you are curious):

JDM B16a (and all parts associated with building tuning and swapping into CRX)
B18c5 throttle body (65mm)
Typhoon IM (65mm)
B16b camshafts
Type R mid height spoiler (W/brake light)
skunk short throw shifter
DC-racing 4-2-1 header (ceramic coated)
Mugen strut bars
Mugen body kit
Removed sunroof, installed ultra light stationary moonroof
AEM CAI
GReddy sp2 2 catback
Dark star crossmember (hate the f**kin hop)
black race mods "speedy" 16s"
Gonna nab a y57 job when im finished with the guts

Never had the cash with my old c babys. barely grabbed b16 before. now i do.

=)

Are you just putting the cams in?
You should build up the valvetrain first and get a Hondata ECU tuned for those cams.

You dont have to switch up the valvetrain for CTR cams as long as you keep your rev limits the same. I am planning on getting tuned.

But aren't the cams designed for power to 9000rpms?
Aren't they also designed for a GS-R head?

They are designed for any B series head. The CTR cams are in a 1.6 stock anyways...the B16b...As for tuning I can play with some cam tuning and some small stuff but as far as ECU tuning I really dont have the mods to worry about this. I can just hook up my snap on comp and check my rich/lean mixtures and see what my o2 sensor is doing...make sure I am getting power I did pay for, but this is my daily driver. I want to keep it nice and quick but reliable. I feel I went a good direction. The CTR cams are honda, the only other mods (engine-wise) are intake and exhaust (CAI, TB, IM, header, Greddy sp). Thats nothing the stock ECU and o2 sensor cant handle. I know most you guys wanna get tuned and dyno and all that, and thats great for forced induction and all, and If I had the time...and cash...and GF lol...but for what I did to this car, its fun and reliable and light which with this setup = pretty dam* quick. =)

The telling difference is displacement. The B16 (A & B) is 1600cc and the B18 (C1 & C5) is 1797cc. Differences also include pistons (added with former = compression ratio and torque differences), IMs (which are not interchangeable between other b series because the gsr utilizes dual runners {which b18c5, b16b, b16a will interchange IMs} and the B18c1, and opposedly most the other B series components are interchangeable), TBs, heads (some series have dual VS){includes head components ie: VT, cams, etc..., this also is why there are redline differences}, some of the engines have deeper valve pockets, the c5 and b16b have lighter and stronger components than the others. The b18 head was really sourced from a b16 just p&p.

How much you willing to spend for the suspension? You could go for the tried and true..Ground Control Coilover Sleeves (300F, 400R - Any setup you want, just tell GC) and Koni Sport Yellows All Around(The Neuspeed ones are great because they are specifically designed for lowered applications). For my CRX, it costed me $800. I'm sure you can look around and get it cheaper. Another option is getting some True Coilovers (Buddy Club, Tein w/ the EDFC features are nice..I think they have the Tein SS-P's out...those are the Super Streets but you have the option to add the EDFC). Hopefully this helps you.
