Just got a 89 CRX but

Just got a 89 CRX, Problem is that it wont start it turns but it wont start the kid i bought from said he was driving it and white smoke started to come out the exhaust and it shut off and never started again. Could it be the headgasket????

It is the head gasket your completely right. Did you get a good deal on it.

i got it for $100 the body and interior are in great condtion

100 bucks..........damn, the original owner is stupid.
Probably sold the car because he had no idea thats a simple fix.

He didnt know what was wroung with it, It was sitting at a gas station for about 5 months he tried starting it one or twice and just gave up and got a new car. Ill try and take some pics and post them up.
