I wouldn't mess with a pristine low mileage car like that. Seems to me it is destined to go up in collector value. If you mod the car I would only do reversible mods and keep the original parts. I definitely wouldn't swap the original engine. The reason you could get good money for the B16 is that it is a desirable engine for swaps, someone else would be glad to bolt that into their car. That being the case, why not keep it. I'm sure you can get plenty of power out of it. As for the suspension bushings, unless they have visible cracks I would leave them alone. If you upgrade to poly bushings I hope you realize the the ride will get noticeably harsher. Your handling will of course improve, but if you don't regularly push the car to its limits you may find that you have traded ride quality for handling capabablity that you will seldom or perhaps never use. Whatever you decide to do, great find and enjoy the car.

fuc*k comfort, i treat my car like a rac car, drive it hard till it breaks, fix it then break it again.i mean damn that was the whole point of putting a b16 in to my carin the first place.i mean some comfort is nice but i would sacrifice it for performance in some area's. my car used to be gutted to the max.i put all the interior back in.thats about all the comfort i need personally.yeah i would keep it stock.right now you have more than enough horse power until you get used to it.if you go turbo thats more hp than you will ever need to have a real fast car.

Kind of alreadydecided to stick with N/A and spend money on all round mods, like brakes, shox, zorst, induction, inlet, throttle body, Hondata S200 + anything else I can think of!!! I'm taking original wheels off, still got tyre it left the factory on! It's even got Honda stamped on the wheel balance weights !! I'm keeping all the parts I take off too. Example like this that are standard are going up in value in the UK.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Jesus! That was fun!!
Got my CRX back this afternoon after putting it into a local garage for a new cam belt. I know it's only done 13,000 miles but the belt is 13 years old and in the back of my mind I thought "if it snaps at 8,000 rpm, that it! Game over for my lovely B16!" Tony (man at the garage) kept the old belt to show me, its looks and feels brand new! Better safe than sorry I guess
Went out for some Vtec lovin this evening........ Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee what an amazing engine!! It feels unburstable, it's just soo good. I'm hooked now, thats it for me, don't want anything else, this is it for me
Had a play with a Modded 205 1.9, its a local car and well sorted. I hit the rev limiter in 4th great night........

Yes, peugeot 205 GTi 1.9
Asked a friend about him (and his car), he's had lots of work done at L.A.D. which is a local Peugeot tuning specialist. For Peugeot engine work they are THE place to go.
Went around the roundabout and back the way I came, gave him a friendly wave as he passed me coming towards me (he got caught behind a line of cars I'd passed flat in fourth) :driving:
Thanks for everyones replies to the post by the way
