hey guys i a m just checking to see if this will work let me know what you think...a b16a2 block with a type r head (year unknown) b16a1 intake manifold, a b16a1 ecu obd-0 in a crx si obd-0.... does it matter if the dizzy is from a a1 or a2??? and if so which one will make it work??? thanks guys!!

so it doesnt matter if it is a a2 block with type r head??? i can use the integra or si distributor... a a2 dizzy wont work? and use a a1 ecu.... i was thinking of just using a obd-1 ecu and just buying a conversion harness...what do you think

i have no idea... i was tryna check out the code on the head but so far i just found out there is none... so i dont know... does it matter if it is a ctr or itr??

The head doesn't matter. They are all PR3 heads with minor differences. The manifolds are all interchangeable too.
The distributor does matter. Get an 88-91 B16A distributor, NOT A1, A2, or A-anything. An Integra distributor needs to have one of the legs chopped off to fit with the VTEC solenoid, so use a real B16A dist.

on a side note, I have a gen one manifold for sale.
also if this is going into a rex, you are gonna want to keep it all obd-0
the head the block doesnt matter like Kai stated.....the year of the motor doesnt mean dick, as long as you have the proper obd and wiring then it will work just finel.
oh and you will also need obd0 injectors to work with that obd0 ecu. I also have those for sale.

ok so the moto doesnt matter at all.... it is just the dizzy, ecu that have to be the same as the car wiring right??? will a 88-91 si dizzy work??? if not then anyone got a ecu or dizzy for sale???? and since the guy who is selling it to me has a obd-1 ecu for it and will just give me that one if i want it i was thinking of just getting the ecu conversion harness from some website....then the car would be obd-1 right? and i would need an obd-1 dizzy as well? thanks guys i am just tryna get my shit running and keep getting all this bullshit in my way... thanks
