runs great, but, after it warms up, sometimes, most of the time, the idle goes up and down, sometimes it will also get to low and stall??

Mine does that too. I haven't had a chance to do the tune-up yet, I am hoping that fixes it.

tune up does not help, plugs wires cap roter fuel filter, air filter, pcv, did it all, it did not help???

Well that sucks. I was hoping that would fix my problem. Next thing I'd look for would be a vacuum leak. After that I'd probably check the computer for any codes. Also I've heard that air pockets in the cooling system can cause idle problems. I suppose I'd have to look into that issue. I don't know how to check the computer for any codes as I haven't done that yet, but I'm sure a search would turn up the required information.

i didnt know that the iacv was cleanable?? is it a common problem for these year hondas??

Common problem for Hondas, period. Just take it off and spray in the ports of the little bugger with some carb cleaner. Lots of black, carbony crap will come out.

Problems like that are usually caused by an IACV gumming up or crapping out.

Common problem for any car that has one of those things, not just Hondas. I didn't know my CRX had one. The one on my 5.0 is really big and bolts to the side of the throttle body. I cleaned it once already. Looks like I'll be cleaning out the one on my CRX as well. Thanks for the tip.
