88-89 & 90-91 Dash

88-89 & 90-91 Dash
I believed that the 88-89 dash was exactly the same as the 90-91 dash, then I read somewhere that they are different and say the 90-91 dash is a common upgrade for 88-89 CRX owners. However, from what I can see it looks the same as the 88-89 dash. Can someone confirm either way?

The civic hatches all had the same style dash. The CRX's however went through a change in 90-91. Mainly the instrument cluster hood. 90-91 are more rounded and have the defroster and hazard light buttons in different spots.

You are so wrong it isnt funny. The dashes are different in that the gauge trim bezel is different. In the 88-89 its more square, 90-91's it's more round. Not to mention the Hazard Lights are on the column in the 88-89, where as on the 90-91 its on the gauge trim piece
