Hey I should get started on this problem sometime in about a week or so. I'll get pics and updates on this if I can for you guys. It'll have to be at least a week though cause I'm goin to Indy for the big F1 race comin up hell yeah!

popping noise could be the door hitting the fender.
Basically when you open the door a piece of the fender is probably getting hit by the door.
Or the hinges need to be lubed up...Use some White Lithium Grease and see if that works.
my friends door was squeekin like crazy last night so i used some of that grease on the hinges and fixed the problem.
