i recently started having this problem where i am in a gear usually 3 4 and 5 and all of the sudden in the middle of the gear the car will bogg down and start jerking like it wants to stall...i thought maybe bad gas @ first so i threw some dry gas in the tank..still does it.. then i checked my distrubitor and cleaned the points still does it..now i am thinking either fuel injectors, or fuel pump.. i thought i would make a post seeing if any1 had experienced this and if they could tell me what it was they needed to do or anything else i might want to check. thanks

Try actually replacing the distributor cap and rotor, and check/replace the spark plugs.

my car did this but only in second."clogged fuel filter" super clogged........

i was orginally thinking the fuel filter but my friend said something about the ignition so i did check the distrubitor. but also i found out that if it was the fuel injectors i would be getting detination. i will check this out. btw...can some1 give me a quick location for the fuel filter?

hey guys just letting you know i am back up on the web..as u can see lol and it was my fuel filter.. blacker then black ..13 dollar fix..thats more like it..thanks for the help.
