Any car engine can go in any other car's engine bay! (some exceptions)

But:
1. how much do you want to spend? Most things are custom when you try to stuff engines in that don't have mount kits.
2. Wiring.
3. Axles.
4. F/R weight distribution (wouldn't a B series be a better idea for weight reasons?)
5. Shift linkage.
6. More wiring...
7. More money

I am gonna have to disagree... I HAVE PERSONALLY NEVER DID A k SWAP OR seen one done..but from what I have heard...it is just as much work as a H swap but you get a lotl ess pwer and will run into all the same problems... for a 4th gen civic your best bet is a b swap and try some type of forced induction or you can g all out a do a ls-vtec with a b20...all depends on what u are tryna to do
