turbo kit
Found a turbo KIT for under $100 and wanted to know if any good? Has a
Mitsubishi TD05H Turbo
Mitsubishi Side Mount Intercooler
Down Pipe Adapter and Gasket
HF Manifold (will fit D15 and D16 Honda Civic Engines)
HF/STD Manifold to Turbo adapter plate and turbo bolts
Mistubishi 1st Gen. Blow Off Valve and Charge Pipe
Turbo Outlet pipe w/ flange
Waste Gate Accutator
Assorted water/oil conenctors for turbo
Says it will fit d15 and d16 engines. Is this true? Also says its good for 15+ psi. It's water cooled. And how much do you think a hood scoop will cool engine?

I dont know much about the HF manifold but everything else looks good. A 14b with sidemount is good for 22psi on race gas, more if you're good at tuning, but over probably 10psi is asking for it on stock internals.

thats a good deal.. check the turbo, see if it needs a rebuild. if you don't know anything about them sell it to someone who can or pay someone cheap to rebuild it.. everything else is perfect for a HMT kit all you need is fuel management, chargepiping, boost gauge and i recommend an a/f gauge even if its not a wide-band... its something to tune with, oil feed/return, coolant feed/return and some misc. hoses and clamps.
don't go above 10 psi on stock internals without it being properly tuned. hell i think the stock actuator on that is set at like 6 psi, tune that then go up little by little from there. good find man

yes you do get what u pay for but you can also get some great deals if you know the right ppl and are willing to work with what you get. the best deals arent the lowest price and the most expensive equipment isnt the highest quality, you want to find a good value if that is a crappy turbo that can be rebuilt relatively cheaply or a good deal from a friend by all means go for it just know what ur getting urself into b4 you make any big decisions and honestly 100 bucks isnt bad for 2 pretty much any 2 parts on that list so id say go for it as soon as u can just don't expect that to be your complete setup as you will probably be looking into more of a setup or at least rebuilding or replacing worn out components
