Then the speedo has to be off or you remember it wrong.

Changing the head didnt change gear ratio, but if your redline went up, obviously your going to top higher in each gear...

didn't change ecu's everything was the same but the head.. and i still shifted at 6500 rpm and it brought me 10 mph higher.

Neuspeed Sport Springs, on 16's.

i don't think my speedo is off.. i've gone by those cop mph stands and cuz my wheels were smaller than stock i was like 2 mph slower at 30mph... and 3rd gear is wayyy longer i know it.. and i raced my friend with it and went to 90 and he stopped at 90 also and we are about the same speed. so i know the speedo isn't off. the first time i raced it, i was saying to my friend "did 3rd seem way longer to you" he said yes.

Speed depends directly on RPM, no exceptions. If it took you longer to get through 3rd gear, then it means you're going slower.

To go 10mph faster you had to be turning more RPM. fact.

You were either turning more RPM, or your speedo is wrong at higher speeds. It's that simple, there is no torque multiplication on a manual transmission, you can't gain more input speed than your engine is turning.

Believe whatever you want, you don't have some magic tranny/engine combo that gains 10mph at the same RPM. The only way to get something like that would be with taller tires, and guess what, your speedo would be off, you would be going faster than your speedo indicated, and if you had shorter tires, you would be going slower than your speedo said. There is a LINEAR relationship between engine speed and vehicle speed per gear of your transmission, no changing it.
