Skunk2, Ground Control, and Tein are "name brand." They make good products with a strong reputation.
Anyone you ask on this board will tell you how bad Arospeed is.

does anyone know the spring rates or anything at all about the Megan Racing coilover springs for the 88 civic hatchback? what about OMNIPOWER? just the sleeves, they'll go on Koni Yellows.
i have OMNIPOWERS on right now. only problem is is that they are the DA application. so the spring rates are way off.

i talked to the guys at OMNIPOWER today. they said it would be really hard to lower an EF and eliminate all wheel gap. they said their sleeve coilovers would do it, but the spring rates arent as high as on the full coilovers. what spring rate is good for a pretty tight ride. tight as in, flat and stiff.
EDIT: i'll be more specific with what i want. i wanna ride that'll look real low and agressive, and handle VERY well on the road.

Can a set of coil overs help you raise your ride too? A buddy of mine gave me some 17" rims and since I already have Neuspeed springs all around it rubs on the rear fenders whenever i make a turn.

WTF? This thread's almost 2 years old...But anyway, I hear good things about skunk2 and ground control coils.
X2Civic, I don't think coilovers are gonna help your ride from not rubbin. Get some new struts(cuz the ones you have could be worn), and that should help. My rexy rubs ALOT in the rear, because my struts have gone to shit. But I got tein springs in their now!
