i dun think so. alot of people say all b-series bolt ups are the same. not true. i tried to put my old intake manifold from a b16 onto a crv's b20. also i tried to put it on an LS motor. both being a no go. as for the header im sure its the same way.

B16's have a shorter deck height than the B18's and B20's.

Also, intake manifold swapping has to be of the same type:
B18 non-vtec is the same as a B20, B18c has a totally unique intake manifold design, the B16 and B17 heads are the same.

Back to the original question, to give a straight answer, yes, it would. All PR3, PR4, and P72 B-series heads use the same exhaust manifold bolt pattern. It may poke out the bottom a few millimeters more, no big deal. The problem would be connecting the header to the rest of the exhaust, as in you will most likely have to shorten or extend a portion of the exhaust for it to mate up.

It'll work, you just have to rig up some custom stuff (shorten the exhaust). Recommend: not really, from a tuning stand point
