i got my kit, now i have a question
im prep'n my whole car before i take it to my painter, other then sanding the hell outta my unithane(sp) ww kit, what should i clean it with, so its free of those nasty greasy release agents?
my cousin said i need to "Bake it" @ his body shop, in there heat room thing...
i also have heard to scrub with AJAX...
what have u all done? thanks!

if you're having someone paint it, why aren't they prepping it as well? also if you asked your 'painter' for proper prepping instructions and has no idea, chances are your kit is going to wind up like that girl who posted about the paint chipping off her wing.

my body work is being done by someone else....he and I (who he is a porfessional) are sanding the whole car, i have yet to ask him what we should do with the kit...
the painter is painting my car, so he needs it prepped..

if he is a "pro" then he should tell you what to clean it with, let me know what he says, so i can tell you if he actually knows what he is doing.
