Default 03 TL-S Cold Start Engine Jerking Hesitation

Hi,
Anyone has this problem or any idea? It only happens when the engine is cold. After I started the engine, I could feel the engine running jerky in the 3 seconds interval through the steering wheel or the brake paddle. It jerks or hickups approximately every 3 seconds, eventhough the rpm is staying steady. I don't have anything turn on, no ac, no seat warmer, no fan, no lights, no radio, just nothing. If I shift it to drive D5 and let the car drift rolling by itself, I will obviously see and feel the car jerks or hesitates loose every 3 seconds, like you shift it to neutral then put it back to drive D5, or like there is problem with fuel injection, but the rpm is steady. After it warmed up, I don't feel it jerks anymore. Is this a sign of a serious problem that needs to be fixed? I am a second owner thus I don't know if it did act like this originally. Any suggestions?

Second issue is: anyone recognises or feels the thumping, an act of pumping on the brakes, like brake pads scrubbing against the rottor in the first 5 seconds when you drive the car? I think this is ABS self-check itself. Any ideas?

Thanks much
