ok got it all done. today the shop that install the alarm send two guys over and they were able to get the door open and remove the alarm so I can turn the car on, it took the two guys over an hr to get my car running so I can take it to the shop.
it turn out the to be the brain of the alarm went loco crazy confuzed dead. got it replace for free under the lifetime warranty from DEI and also got a new remote control. now I have the 479v since they dont make the 478 anymore.
