thanks for attesting to that. thats not dd. its an aq hd3 12 w/ dd cap. they have been tested and the results show that this sub and the 9512 has been within .1 db marginal with each other and that both came from the same build house, check out audioque.com. if that makes any sense. bs huh?

My current sub:

Elemental Designs 11kV.2 D4 10" sub in a custom tuned and built ported box, tuned to 30Hz.
Same as Wills. I decided that this is too big for my car(CRX) and that I would actually like a trunk. So I ordered 2 Elemental Designs EU-700s 6.5" subs to go in a sealed box.

I might build a sealed box for my 11kV.2 sub, if I have enough wood left and if I can't sell it. I haven't decided yet.

not meaning to get off subject again, but i have 2 rf12s and i have hit 137dB running 408rms, so 500rms hitting 150dB is possible, if it is a type r alpine, i know one can hit 143-145 with the proper amp

type Rs are not hard to get loud. build yourself a custom box and feed it 800-2000watts. it will hit anywhere from the low 40s to high 40s.

now more pics people...

Thats pretty cool. I lurk around ICIX from time to time. The builds that some of those guys have are amazing. Wish I had the time / money / skills to do some of that.

I am still waiting on the a bigger 4 channel amp from them. I think once that comes out, I can ditch my old school Fosgate 600a4.

I've been hitting ICIXsound lately.

I'm thinking of building my box into the tray behind my front seats, but I'm having trouble trying to find the cover so I can do it.
