Default Weird car audio problem

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but i need some integra owners with systems to help me out on this one. When I pause the CD player i get static and noise playing through my rear speakers. Also when i give it gas they whistle. The higher the revs, the higher pitch. Kinda sounds like a spooling sound. Its also inconsistent. Sometimes its there and sometimes it isnt. I have my power and RCA's run seperately. I have a SOLID ground in the trunk. Could it be how I have the power like run in the engine bay? Also this is a recent development, I never noticed it a month ago. Anyone have any suggestions?

two things... sounds first off like alternator whine. alot of cars have it, and its a PITA...
umm recheck your ground, and is your ground on paint, or did you scrape/sandpaper/grind the surface so it is 150% metallic and has no painted area?

good luck.

power wire is on the driver side and the RCAs are on the passenger side...sorry havent checked in the while. Also when i turn the car on and off the sub pops. i have the remote wire hooked into the fuse panel next to the steering column....could that be causing it?

possibly. the remote wire should be hooked to the blue wire on the back of the deck...
