Compared with the Bose systems I've heard in the newer Maxima's and Altima's, the RSX-S one sucks big time....

Even Acura realized that Bose was crap as they went with their own ELS system. Hopefully Bose will be taken out of all up and coming furture acura models with some variant of the ELS system.

Bose is only good for making clock radios that sound somewhat decent. That is it.

I haven't noticed anything special about the Vette Bose system.

I'm not a stereo expert at all, just a normal music listener like majority of the population...I just wanted to say the stock BOSE system in my mothers 325 I sounds nice for a stock system.. but this is just my opinion and probably doesn't matter too much, but still

Don't Bose car speakers carry a 6ohm impedance, or am I out on a limb right now?

I had the bose in my rsx. I liked it but, I wouldn't upgrade to it. I would just get a sinle din hu from pioneer or something.
