cons: its expensive
pros: lots of them, just read their website, I'll stand by most of what they say about their product, but then again, any synthetic oil that's a TRUE synthetic and a high quality one will do the same exact thing - ie mobil one, redline, amsoil.

AMSOIL started in 1972. It was the first company to develop an API synthethic oil, first to introduce extended drain intervals, first to manufacture synthetic gear oil and first to manufacture a synthetic ATF.

Like most synthetic oil it is more expensive than conventional oils but you get what you pay for. I recommend that you look at the physical properties of synthetic v. conventional oil and you will see there is a difference. That difference is is what protects your investment( your car ) and it is worth the extra cost.
