I bought some cheap tube of stuff at Pep Boys this past weekend but I don't know anybody that has ever used it.

I know my A/C Compressor is leaking because last time I tried to put some freon in my car I could hear it coming right back out at the compressor.

If the tube of A/C Stop leak is just going to cause more problems then I won't even put it in but if someone has tried it and it works then I might try it.

I bought the stuff but the more I think about it the more I think it is too good to be true. Maybe they just sell it hoping noone will return it.???

Whoa! U better watch out because that is incredibly illegal! Leaking freon into the atmosphere whether intentional or not...is against a federal law.

I'd personally take to a professional even though it might cost more, you'll get it repaired right!

DO NOT USE THAT CRAP! when it doesn't work(it won't) nobody will touch it with that stuff in your system. Our shop has refrig. detectors and stop leak detectors and we use both before diag the system. We inform the cust. we will not work on any car with the wrong refrig in the system, or stop leak.

sorry it's just junk though, take the expensive road this time. It will cost you less then doing it the wrong way
