if your brakes don't lock up that means you can't stop in an emergency. just cause you are putting more rubber on the ground doesn't mean you'll stop better if it has to stop a heavier wheel. the bigger heavier wheel carries more inertia, so it takes more force to stop it.

with my new tires 205 55 15 dunlop fm901s and my AEM pads and brembo blanks, i can lock up the brakes and not have the ABS kick on.

anyways with 18inch chromies on an accord you can't go fast nor do you want to cause otherwise you wouldn't have chromies, but just keep in mind when driving that you may not stop as good to keep yourself and others safe.

I'm From in NY, but i'm currently In Atlanta for college... and let me tell you, area means alot in terms of style...
Dudes out here throw Chrome on anything, and not just some rinky dinks, i'm talking 20inchers....
in Miami its probably similiar... personally i wouldn't put chromes on a honda... Maybe on like a Acura TL or in that area... but i think Chrome is for big boy cars, Lexus' ,Benzes , BMWs ect...

But if thats whats poppin in your area, the people in your area will think its cool anyway (maybe! i can even picture chrome fans hating on Chrome rims on a honda) if you like it go for it, just know, now you MUST keep your car clean... In terms of car washes and no stickers or wild kits and ish, that would kill it completely
