Default How do i remove the cup holder

in a 2002 EX accord Coupe?

it's my mom's car and i'm detailing it for her...i can't take it out without the councel around it coming up with it.

it comes out very similar to the 5th gen accords. Just pull up...DONT pull on the door though! Its fragile..pull on the cup holder body itself.

Yep, you can pry carefully on the passenger side of it, near the latch. The clips are on the front and back of the unit.

i pulled up on it and it seems like it's unclipped, but the console trim around it keeps on comming up with it, (the a/t ring bezel thing came off :O ...but it quickly was put back )

The first time i removed it, it was hard...just be patient. And yes..that console trim around it also can come up...only if the a/t ring bezel is removed though, that thing pops up easily.
