a buddy of mine has a VW, that's what made me want to do it.

 

I agree, the pink is horrible. But the smoked tails probably look better on dark colored cars. I doesn't look too bad, but I'd save up for some red/clears.

 

after I finish up with getting my clutch replaced I'll have some cash to get them. in the mean time, this will do.

They look kinda kool but I think you did go alittle over board with the black paint.

IMO it really is too dark...too many coats...looks like flat black...really contrasts w/ the silver and red...and def go all the way to the edge...dont' leave a red border...especially looks off on the right side...the inner tails don't match up w/ the outers...good try...fix it up
